企业人员的补充有内部补充和外部补充两个方面的来源，即通过内部和外部两个渠道招募员工。
(1)内部招募
内部招募是指通过内部晋升、工作调换、工作轮换、人员重聘等方法，从企业内部人力资源储备中选拔出合适的人员补充到空缺或新增的岗位上去的活动。内部招募可分为三种方式：
